Color of light gold. Nose of beautiful roasted nuts, some pickled cabbage, baking soda, and savory spice, not fruity at all. Taste of spice, some roasted nuts again, round sweetness, some Sprite, a bit salty bacon, well polished weak acidity, oaky, complex and warm. She reminds me of wine from burgundy. Aftertaste is tasty with some zesty note, nutty, oak, and some peels. Very good indeed.

This energetic, extract-rich, cool-climate Chardonnay entices with its sexy aromas of white peach, lime, flowers and musky hazelnutty lees. It’s saline, fresh and rich on the palate, offering a solid core of stone fruit and mineral flavors and a tactile, dusty, lingering finish. (ST)
