Touraine Sauvignon

Tremendous value wine. Loire minerality meets CA brightness and expression of lively, fresh fruit.

Golden hue with aromas of white flowers and bees wax. Lemony flavors with hints of fresh cut grass and herbs. Round, lively and zesty with mouth watering acidity. Solid value.

Ripe creamy white peach/nectarine on the nose. Refreshing, bright, subtle fruit. Light fresh finish

Pronounced grass and grapefruit on the nose. Some salinity and white flower blossom to balance citrus and green flavors on the palate. Medium acidity. Paired ok with fatty, herb dusted salmon and roasted vegetables but bordered on overpowering the fish. Leans slightly too grassy for me but overall straddles old and new world styles nicely.

Mad good taste. The tannins were good and I liked the way it sat on my tongue real nice. Solid ass finish. Refreshing and fly.

Excellent value SB for when you want Sancerre but done want something a little different. Great wet stone and lime.

Peace’s / nectarines and some grapefruit. Nose and finish light,but a nice value.
