Solid value that would probably been a little better under a better closure.

Grapefruit rind, passion fruit, and lychee. Has pop appeal and finish that’s mouthwatering. Technical cork.

Wonderfully crisp Sauvignon Blanc form the Loire Valley. Paired extremely well with hamachi crudo, beef tartare, and oysters.

Bright and flavorful. Nothing mind-blowing but it’s a safe choice!

A pleasing wine with or without. Wouldn't pay [the relatively inflated price of] $16 for it again… but that's not the wine's fault, rather where we bought it. I'd say it's kinda of those bottles that's "above average" for being a safe bet: Unassuming-yet-not-bland; nothing to not like.
