Lighter maroon color than some of the Cab Franc I’ve had. Berry driven nose. Smells juicy. Easy drinking flavors. Supple. Tannins come on finish. Sleek and elegant. Nice bright acid cuts through. Would pair great with chicken or some cheddar cheese.
