Tasting notes from Patz & Hall.. “Pine Forest, licorice, dried apricot and bees wax on the nose meet a rich and round palate of dried pineapple, peach, and clove.” I would say this has very well integrated oak and high quality fruit and tends to be more on the savory side with some thyme/herbal notes and definitely dried tropical fruits as the notes indicate. Round and full palate all the way through the long finish.
