Aug 14th, 2017Wow this was good. Lots of spice. Cherry plum vanilla smokey and tannic. Great long dry finish. A must with food. Cook up your biggest baddest burger and drink this. Big and robust just the way some Fitzpatricks like it. It should receive a hire rating I just find it too spicy. Highly recommended. Only at the coop and don't know the price. Update - 12 dollars.

Monastrell Shiraz. Le monastrell est un cépage assez amer que le shiraz vient adoucir. Nez épicé. Explosion de saveurs. Fruité et légèrement boisé au début, suivi d'une finale épicée soutenue.
