Of the few bottles of this I recently got, this one has held together much better than the others. Deep ruby color, it’s drinking really well with ripe blackberry and black cherry, smoke, meat, and black pepper.

Clearly over the hill, but by no means dead. Super tertiary with some quiet black fruit in the background. Loads of black pepper and roasted meat. My local wine shop was kind enough to give me five bottles of this since they’d been sitting on for a while.
