2014 Parra Jimiñez La Oveja Negra Syrah. My nose told me Spain. The label tells me Syrah. This is the chocolaty-est Syrah I've stuck my nose into. The sweet-ish smell of chloride pool water and blackberry. Medium (-) bodied on the palate. Palate is slightly off with some bitterness. Hardly any tannins (no wood, a bit of grape skin). A bit too low in acidity. Surprise for a (biodynamic) supermarket wine. 50+4+11+15+7=87
