Napa Gamay. Not from the Napa Valley but from it's ancestral home, southwest France, where it has been largely forgotten.
Natural vinification.
Lightest Brett. Raw apple&beetroot, hibiscus, strong cherry, overripe pineapple.
Juicy with only lightest tannins, med acidity, a real quaffer of a wine. Only 12% abv.
Cherry skin aftertaste.
