Parigot Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Pinot Noir Rosé

Parigot is the stuff. I was looking for the red sparkling I’d had once upon a time but was super okay to settle for this (albeit if you have a source for the red TELL ME)! Red berry blend (there are hints of it all—strawberry raspberry currant) plus watermelon freshness and this slight earthy funk that—-is there a whiff of brett on it?! Slight white pepper and some greens that are both bitter and sweet. It’s a hug and a loving smack all at once.

Absolute deliciousness. I'd like to bathe in this wine. From Le Metro Vol VII.

Strawberries and cream. Med body, med plus acid.

My first Parigot. I would drink that again.

Yeasty and a bit too brutal, almost awkward. Vanilla bean, lime and peach. Turns tart when not ice cold.

Stellar. Just a bit of yeast on the nose. Soft mousse-like texture. So, so good. Must get more. Another fantastic #stelvioselctions pick from @Craig Lewis Thx for the hookup @Ned Gray Creed

Vanilla and cherries, with great apple crispness.

Gift from Liz. Had with crab cakes and really enjoyed it.
