Wow. Do not let the mid-light colour fool you. This is a very deep wine. Quite acidic upfront; but complex flavours appear, and it softened after an hour plus decant. Berry fruit, caraway/liquorice, and old world earth. Nice change of pace from new world NA wines. Dig it!
