Elegant label. Dark maroon color. Smells of tart red berries. Taste is austere and exacting. It’s a strange and unique Zin. Really, really good cranberry sauce/relish. And complex. Cedar box and tart pie cherry with cheese in a danish. It’s worthy of a long deconstruct with a fellow Zin appreciator.
