Medium plus, wide garnet core fully concentrated to a thin cranberry rim. Intense black fruit, black currant, grilled meat, smoke, vanilla. Medium plus body, medium acid, medium plushy long lasting astringency, balanced medium heat. Chewy, dried red fruit, menthol, a touch of bitterness. Red fruit dominates the medium plus, simple finish. Good value.

Like biting into a wine dinner. Must stop, get cheese, very intense. Almost black, rich, rich!

A lot of alcohol on the nose. Tasting notes of plums, raspberries, and chocolate. Pretty minerally(?). The magnum was just shy of 30$ and totally worth it!
