Over fruited at the outset. Meaning it’s a pretty fruit soup vanilla oaky nose. Flavors are a bit less one noted. Maybe a hint of bitterness. Touch of tannin. But overall, I’m glad this only set me back $3 @ the Grocery Outlet.

Tastes like dark cherry, maybe raspberry, medium/dark red fruit, herbal (soft oregano, thyme). Very herbal smell. Not necessarily fruit forward, good amount of secondary flavor, with pleasant acidity on the note and finish. Soft tannins at the end.
