Scents of baking spice, red cherry, and a bit of vanilla Red cherry,blackberry, tar, and earth flavors with juicy, medium tannins. Sour cherry and tar mark the medium finish. A nice everyday drinker. I would have guessed there is a bit of Merlot in this, but the label only mentioned sangiovese. An enjoyable red for a great price ($10). Drink this one a bit cooler.
