Smoooove. Mellow like a good cigar on the back patio at sunset. (Ok fine I don’t smoke cigars, or have a patio, yet. Indulge me) Bottle after bottle of these library releases have been absolutely spot on. Has the leafy, musky, mesquite, cassis nose that I love so well, with black currant, plum skin, a touch of tomato and smoked meat. Slayed with barbecue and poutine topped with chilis
