May 21st, 2017Really fruity. Lots of cherry and black fruit. The barrel flavors are super mellow. Hints on bourbon on the finish but very subtle. Super drinkable and interesting.

Dec 11th, 2016I liked this once I approached it as something fun to drink, and not a serious red. Big fruit and vanilla.

Mar 24th, 2016Unique red that has some distinct flavors. Big fruit up front with some tannins at the end. Drinkable but not a favorite.

Feb 22nd, 2016Very much a "sippin" wine. Wine aged in old bourbon barrels it is a sweeter drinking wine that is not sweet enough to be called a dessert wine, but isn't a dry either. Black cherry notes and smooth across the tongue.
Great as an after dinner wine. Can taste the hints of the bourbon on the back of the tongue. Good stuff.
