This wine amazes me. I mean, it's made in Adelaide Hills, not in the coldest region out there, but Ochota manages to craft it light with low residual sugar level. Unique style and sophisticated wine that requires time and effort to fully appreciate it. Cherry nut, sauerkraut, spices, strawberries, fallen leaves, dill and flowers. Delicate, delicious and easy going Pinot Noir. Has the right amount of 'craziness' in it without compromising on quality.
