Слишком деликатно для сфурсата. В связи с этим мало интересно. Хорошая кислотность, вишня, слива, дым.

Killer dessert wine. Not overly sweet. And nebbiolo's signature acid still shines through. #texsom

Stewed prunes in a cedar pot, perhaps a bit of drying (pre-raisin). A lot of heat at 16% 🔥🍷. After breathing for 45 mins, drinks like an Amarone - quite chewy on the finish

A gold medal wine. A Nebbiolo from neighbouring Lombardia (next to Piedmont) which I imagine is a little cooler. Black Tea rim to the color with bronze tinges. Trademark tarry dusty nuances on the palate with savoury mineral. Absolutely delicious.
