As per usual, this was terrific. Dry and nervy w/ just the right amount of fruit. Great minerally finish. Paired well w/ salmon crudo.

It was a tough day, so I met a friend at Starbucks and we unabashedly drank this from plastic cups on the patio. The wine was fabulous (it's Grand Cru Champagne afterall) but more importantly, my day improved considerably.
