Day one- drank similar to Alsatian pinot gris, fuller body muscadet, or even smaragd gruner. Creamy texture, pear, melon, some veg, chalky slate. Phenolic bitterness. Day 2 - as it warmed up showed more pear and white floral notes. Loss some bitterness, showed more bitterness while colder. Body-med+ Acid-high
