McGah Family Vineyard Sémillon

Medium yellow with nose of lemon chamomile tea and beeswax. Also has a sea breeze, salt air note in it. Nice body and balanced acidity. Mostly dry, I could see this pairing well with a creamy seafood dish, maybe scallop fettuccine or grouper with cream sauce.

Drink ‘em like water this time of the year!

Refreshing. Nice grapefruit and citrus on the palate but I found this somewhat one-dimensional. Possibly it was a bit unsettled since it just arrived three days ago. Will give it another chance in a few weeks.
