Light garnet, hibiscus and rose, tart/fresh red cherries 🍒, which went tart on palate. A whiff of desiccated red cherries as well. White pepper and savory mushroomy on the finish. Medium body, elevated tannins, astringent, medium (plus) acidity.

Really enjoyable, higher acid, light body, complexity of some earth or mineral notes. Similar to a Pinot Noir. Paired well with multiple courses. Time to seek out more Etna Rosso
