Lots of mint and licorice. Unusual. Nose moved to wet earth and cedar after two hours. Enjoyable.

Enjoyed with Chermoula Eggplant and bulgur salad. Great pairing. Lacking in finish on its own but fantastic in food pairing. The nose is superb.
