Honoring Mumm founder Guy Devaux, the wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Vivid straw yellow with tiny bubbles that release aromas of stone fruit and spice. The palate shows spiced apple and peach flavors, a touch of lemon with vanilla and oak notes. The finish is smooth with mineral and gentle yeasty tones, lingering nicely. At its peak now.
