What a showing for one of my favorite wines I’ve ever imported. Really drinking well at 12 years old. Stunning nose. Transportation. Lemon lime rock candy, stunning slate and soil/rock aromas. So clean and so pure. Palate is deep and so rich and chock full of minerals with an insane refined texture. OMG this is so good. Brilliant acidity and purity. No rush but man what a great showing. Long mineral aftertaste clings and clings.

Mar 12th, 2019Opened up so much since last June. Big confectionary nose with oodles of slate, wet soil and cirtrus. Really smell the Paradies. Palate is stunning and an exercise in restraint and balance. Stunning depth and still some youthful fruit but also super finessed and pure. Long and balanced with such nice juicy fruit and minerals on the long finish. Stunning.

Nose is so mineral, spicey, honey, citrus, and lean and mineral palate. Like a razor. So juicy and complex. Wow. Like a razor. Said it twice.
