2008. Though it appears as I have had to wrestle this bottle from a bear's paws or a Santa Cruz Mountain Lion's clenched mouth, I promise I would have after tasting that sweet juice that lay inside. Been holding on to this one since its release. Great reward. Consider this a swift kick in the pants to drink more Santa Cruz Mts. wine

A distinct and great California Pinot. Voluptuous dark fruits with equal parts mushroom and mocha. Silky texture, yet always somehow bouncy.

I really love this Pinot. Beautiful fresh red fruit up front with a super silky mouth feel. Ethereal and weightless. I think it has many more great years ahead of it.

A beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot. Dark cherries, orange zest, subtle spices, and a hint of mushroom. Considerable weight and power on the mid-palate.

Really delicious. Gorgeous red cherries with a really nice earthiness adding complexity. Great balance and drinking very well right now.
