Gamey nose with ripe red fruit. Silky and pleasing but less acidity than I remember from my first tasting. Juicy and easy to drink, great with pizza.

Drink: nose nice, taste so

Hand harvested, de-stemmed and lightly crushed. Fermented in stainless steel with daily pumping over. Maceration lasted 14 days. Aged in tank for 4 months prior to bottling.
Bright deep ruby, the nose is full of red summer fruits with a hiunt of baked earth. Fruity and refreshing on the palate, with light well balanced tannins.
Food MatchingChicken and pork dishes. Cured meats
