This wine’s golden hue owes something, no doubt, to the three years of bottle aging it underwent. Its nose is rather brash, probably owing to the 60% Pinot Meunier/40% Chardonnay blend. My wife hated it. Apricot aromas dominate, with apple and toast following. Apple comes across strongest on the palate, with an earthy sensibility layered over it. The finish returns the apricot flavor.

Clean green Apple and pear with a bright middle and mouth watering finish. Nice! Sigh

Peanut brittle nose with a palate to match. Hints of yeasty bready salty toffee peanuts across the tongue. Pinot meunière dominates the grape profile giving this champagne distinction in the category of Christmas sparklers. However I could not imagine drinking more than a half toast of this.

Debate bubbles. Quite decent affordable Champagne. Eensy bead.

Crisp without too much acid. Gravenstein and Granny Smith Apple. Clean finish. Very refreshing! Sigh bubbles club.

Good crisp acidity, poached pear and a touch of toasted almonds. Good buy if you can get it under $30.

Opened five days ago. Everything still very much intact. Pretty to look at and even prettier to taste. Light and long with a creamy mousse and surprising complexity. For $30 it's tough to beat.

Nice aroma and flavor, tastes crisp and a touch of biscuit but not overly intriguing.
