2010 - Double drying process for this wine: first on the vines, then in drying rooms. Then, 24 months aging in oak barrels. An Amarone style applied to grapes outside Valpolicella.... Good, but without any soul or, maybe, too much souls...

Love the bottle! Once it breathed, good wine. Nice light tannins, great with red meat.
