One of the only Pinot’s that I can drink (there aren’t many). Good structure and acid. This vintage will last a while.

A light plum color with medium red undertones all the way to the edge. An understated nose of blue fruit, Cherry Coke, cinnamon, and a touch of smoke. A bang average Russian River Valley Pinot, there’s pretty good balance and nothing is too much out of whack but there’s no personality. And while it may be comfortably average, it’s not below average. Adequately lively fruit and high acidity, there’s an almost overriding tartness that does calm down over time. Blueberry and cranberry with an excess of oak on the palate. Dried grass and light chocolate. A bit of mint on the short finish rounds it all out. Nothing spectacular, nor is it spectacularly bad. Just a pretty decent Pinot.
