No rating here as my affection for these wines are well known and Weston (owner and winemaker) has become a very good friend. I will say that in my opinion, this is the best rosé he’s made to date, and I’m assuming it’s due to it coming from a new (and well respected) vineyard...Silver Eagle.

Peach pit, nectarine and white flower aromatics. Really nice acidity...definitely not one of those flabby style rosés (which I don’t enjoy). Watermelon jolly rancher and watermelon rind finish.

Last one of these, I’m a fan. Especially on day 2!

Wow. What a difference 4 vintages and a change of vineyard makes! Oh, and thanks Weston for naming this wine after my daughter :) Very thoughtful of you ;) This wine is delicious. Pours a light pink / salmon color to the glass. Wine with medium acidity from start to finish. Nose is subtle strawberry and wildflowers. Entry and body are strawberry, kirsche, limestone. The finish is a bit surprising as it has more structure than a lot of Rosé wines which start to show a sharp decline. Really nice. Great wine to have over summer!
