Not as effervescent as some of the others I've had. Retains a surprising amount of still wine flavor. Deeply drinking it but I haven't quite wrapped my head around it yet. I will be revisiting!

Very Interesting and unique to have all the fruit flavour of a Shiraz with the bubbles. Good with our salmon and fettuccine Alfredo Christmas dinner.
