Gentle wild strawberry and limestone. Really delicate and fragrant and delicious. So pretty and poised. I’d guess this is at peak

Sift in the nose with light lime and limestone and floral notes. A nice integrated spine of acid. Great balance and delicious right now

Lean and bright. Light and mineral with real precision. Quite austere. Should age really well

This was opened and we enjoyed a few glasses before recorking and reapproaching 24 hours later, at which point it was really singing. Yellow peach, pear and medley of orchard fruit, layered with pressed yellow flowers, dried persimmon, and notes of vanilla and bourbon. So delicate. Such fine bubbles. Saltwater taffy and some caramel and rock salt on the palate. Subtle tannic echo. Mesmerizing.

Lime and stone. Fruit Warmer than I expected. Good structure and definition.

A blend of a tad more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir, nice lemon yellow color with golden edges, aromas of fruit, spice and brioche notes, nice mousse and bubble flow. On the palate flavors of fresh fruit, peaches, pineapple and ripe lemon with hints of toasted nuts and citrus zest. Long finish ending with rich briny yeasty mineral character. Drinks well now but will go another 10+ years!

From 750. Some dried edges. Wood and hints of sherry with fresh stone fruit and salinity. Good- if a touch advanced.
