Fruit driven an ok table wine

2016 Shiraz. W/ fresh raspberry, sweet spice & dark chocolate aroma, layers of jammy red fruit, black fruit and dark chocolate woven together, followed by a hint of eucalyptus, spice and earthiness. Silky tannins w/ a long finish. I enjoyed it. This wine speaks for itself. @MitoloWines

Aussie shiraz. McLaren Vale.
A lot lighter than the Jester shiraz.

Nose : little bit musty and acidic
Colour: deep red / purple
Taste: nice smooth mouth, well rounded in mouth, blackberry, full bodied
Price : $15

Full bodied with blackberry and black pepper. $17.

Cheeky red on good Friday. Slightly acidic but drinkable.

I grabbed this wine off the shelf from dan murphy's as I dashed home. It was positively delightful -- perfect for a week night dinner. Good mid week surprise and I'll be back for more.
