Lemon, lemon zest, green apple, honey, white pepper and a tiny touch of chalk. This is very inviting. The palate is very dry and tangy. The acid drive is strong and the wine could feel almost unbalanced because the acid drive tends to overpower the fruity notes, and there is width and a vivid mouthfeel that goes on for a long time in a fresh and tangy finish. It's good but I believe it could be better along food. I could see myself munching on sushis along this one 🤤🍣🍱
