What an amazing experience... sure, some early funk that you might expect from a natural wine, but there was great texture to the wine with a perfect mix of savory saline flavors mixed with some peach and apricot. Yet all tied together by a refreshing acidity that keeps you coming back to the glass. Expected this wine to be one of the over-hyped natty wines, but instead it really blew me away.
