Unique. Just the right amount of heat. Sippable for the booze content.

2014 - Deep and complex for an Irish whiskey. Vanilla, citrus, and spices. Long warm finish. Reminds me of a long-aged Speyside Scotch whisky.

Delicious Irish whiskey... perfect blend of vanilla, nutmeg spice and a hint of tobacco smoke.

Color of amber, slightly light. Nose of concentrated aldehyde, baked apple, some cedar wood, and ripe pineapple note. Taste is very smooth, sweet, and nice spice. Flavors of dried fruits fill the mouth. Aftertaste of vanilla, nice dried peach and figs, with some refreshing zest. Some warmth in the throat is the only thing that reminds me of the smoothness actually is coming from a spirit.

Lots going on. Nose - thick with caramel, honey, vanilla, hint of lavender... Past the lips - banana, a hint of peat and a long finish of tropical fruit...
