Natural wine maker from the Jura. Trousseau and a little Pinot Noir. Whoa! That is more than a little funk. The strong brettanomyces aroma overwhelms the delicate fruit and does not blow off the next day. Tart cherry and surprisingly noticable tannins. I was hoping for a more subtle expression of the grapes.

Dark red fruits, mushrooms, rubber?, and barnyard. Medium bodied with a mid-palette emphasis. Tannins and a quick, soft finish.
