Golden yellow and very honeyed. Strong honeycomb flavor. A little sweetness, oatmeal, golden liquer. Salty minerals and a satiny texture. Almost like a dessert wine. No worse for wear after 16 years but not enough acid, a little stodgy.

Super fun wine...slightly tropical fruit, spices, honeysuckle, round and full bodied..paired perfect with our sausage and chorizo @flxweinery. Then finished with Sips of Sunshine cold brew in sunny late afternoon... thank you @Christopher Bates !
