Okay so the legs on this one, were impressive. Not something I usually comment on but something to give credit to. Color had a deep red to it. Had a deep red fruit nose to it. Which is surprising for a zinfandel. On first sip, quite light, with some spice. Could taste some oak in it from the barrel. Very interesting zinfandel, quite complex and unique. For a zinfandel, it's great, not sure if it's quite for my pallette but I'll give it credit where it's due.

Berry and spice plus woody smell. Also, distinct chocolate flavor. Nice to drink.

Very well balanced and crisp. Dark in color, slightly dry and tannic. Maybe a strawberry taste...delicious!

Solid, full-bodied, old vine zin. Great price! Not as good as Cline, but I still drank this way too quickly.

Very surprised that it is still good after all these years. Taste solid table wine. And a steal for $9.95. Should get a few more bottles.

Not the smoothest and very bitter aftertaste. Good initial flavor though.

This was the very first Zin I ever tasted. Still bodes well even with such high production and distribution. A great ‘Deadly Zin’ go to when you just don’t know what to pick.
