Keeping with the trend of Michael David wines (and the Earthquake name) this is a very bold, fruit forward Cabernet that is designed to grab you attention. Cranberries on the nose and palate, smooth and plenty of punch. This is not a smooth, subtle, deeply complex wine. But is to Cab Sav what America has done to IPA. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Appearances can be deceiving... The color and bouquet make you think BIG & BOLD. That's not the case here. Smooth, balanced dark berries.
