Something funky going on with the cork. Wine seems a little flat. But still drinkable but not the complex nice chard I am used to.

Avery rich but balanced style 30% Hyde vineyard vanilla bean spice and cinnamon spice light nutty and creme brûlée notes lemon drop candy green apple candied fruit. Creamy texture on the tongue silky smooth with layers with a firm hand of acidity lovely balance. Excellent +

Fantastic Chardonnay. Pineapple and pear on the nose. Medium body. Touch of oak but not overly oaked. Long creamy finish.

Interesting and different, definitely not a typical Napa Chardonnay. Lightly sweet with some tart characteristics, but not a fresh wine either. No butter to speak of. This is a unique wine that is enjoyable by both fans and detractors of California style Chardonnay.
