This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Oaky with nice complexity.

Full-bodied with medium acidity.

Showing oak, vanilla, spices, light vegetables, citrus, yellow apples, melons and pears.

Nice finish with spices.

Needs an hour to open up properly and remove some of the oaky notes , and balance itself out.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a nice day by the pool.

A small production of only 220 cases.

14.2% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

I paired it with cheeses and jalapeno salami.

A non-malolactic approach. Nice acid. Citrus and tropical profile. Very refreshing.
