Rusty red, heavy bodied with notes of blackcurrant, leather, tobacco and cedar. Moderate tannins but so balanced.

Smell is soy/hoisin, sorrel, tarragon, ok its kind of like tuna sushimi - I’m loving the smell, blood red and dark, the taste feels salty and sweet at first, with some prunes but raspberry, leather, burlap, bourbon-y, syrupy but the ending is like meaty warm raspberry with and acidic and very tannic finish that’s balanced

Coffee, mocha, green herbaceousness, cassis, macerated blackberry, prune.

Just a bit of RS. Big alcohol. 16%

Pronounced perfume of menthol, red fruit and flowers. Luscious but balanced palate of golden raisin, sweet bkackberry, bkack raspberry, mint and chalk. The freshness of the sweet fruit lingers through a remarkabky long finish.
