Feldstück Chardonnay
Very fresh and vivid, with quince, green pears and a touch of camomile. A whiff of hay, too. On the palate this is taut, fresh, clear. Quince and pears again, with a touch of saltiness and a a slightly smoky edge (a touch of bacon?)
This is far from the Chardonnay standard but so delicious nevertheless!
