Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

This Paso Cab is fruit forward like previous vintages but has thicker tannins, while keeping the medium body. Dominant flavors are red currants and blackberries, and the lingering finish is both tannic and acidic.

A lighter take on Cabernet, this smooth drinking red showcases the slight acidity and earthy tannins of the Paso Robles region. This could be an excellent Summer cookout red.

I'm probably a bit early on the 2018 bottle.

Not big and a bit fruity for me

Dry with slight acidity and tannins. Subtle chewy dark fruits. Good balanced Cab for price.
