I grew up in Davis so it’s funny to see a wine sourced from “the Dunnigan Hills,” which I think of as a Yolo outpost of rural poverty toward Yuba City. Now it’s wine country! Cheers! Oaky smoothness over hot weather Chard. MB liked it well enough.

May 22nd, 2018Alrighty....took advantage of the bevmo five cent sale which means I am stuck with a second bottle of this guy...so...apple grass citrus to the nose. Lemon pear slight butter and ever so slight pinapple and Bannana to the front palate. Oak on the back end. Decent mouthfeel and a short finish. Not overly bad for a weeknight but nothing I would serve to guests.
