This was recommended for Thanksgiving from the wine shop as "unique" so we decided to try it. Golden in color, it has a subtle smell of apples. Then it tastes like bourbon with apples again and is tanic on the tongue. Paired nicely with cheese and charcuterie. I would get it again but it's not my favorite.
