This is a fun one. A biodynamic, organic, no sulfites added kind of wine. The 🍇 are Sunil, Mandó and Xarel-lo. I ran home with this wine and tossed it in the fridge for 20. Leather, cassis and one of those lavender ‘pillows’ you put in your sock drawer is on the nose. The palate mimics the nose for the most part with the tiniest bit of cherry and orange? thrown in. As good as the first time I tried it.

a nice surprise. fruit forward and easy, but enough balance, acidity, and purity to keep it interesting.
